UK Delivery

We currently offer UK delivery only.

Standard UK Delivery rates:

• £3.50 — cards & small items

• £4.95 — small parcels

• £8.95 — large items

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.

Local Collection

Free local collection is available.
If you choose this option at checkout, we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient collection time.

Personalised & Commission Orders

Please note that personalised or made-to-order items may take longer to dispatch. Estimated timescales will be discussed with you before your order is confirmed.

Refund Policy

Creffty takes great care in creating each item. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Personalised & Custom Items

Due to the nature of handmade work:

• Personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
